Exact-card listings
Unless a listing explicitly says otherwise, each raw-card listing represents the specific physical copy photographed. Inventory is unique and availability can change until checkout is completed.
Condition assessments
Akiba condition labels and AI-assisted reports are in-house opinions based on the physical card and available photography. They are not PSA, BGS, CGC or another third-party certification. Customers should use the exact-card images as the primary evidence of raw-card condition.
Pricing
Prices and volume discounts are shown before purchase. External market references, where displayed, are informational only and may be sparse or unreliable for Japanese cards. They are not appraisals or guarantees of resale value.
Orders
Akiba may reject or cancel an order when inventory is no longer available, a pricing/technical error is material, payment cannot be processed, fraud is suspected, or fulfillment would violate applicable law. Any payment captured for a cancelled order must be handled according to the payment provider and applicable law.
Sourcing requests and watchlists
A request or watch does not guarantee that Akiba will find a card, that a specific condition/price will be available, or that inventory will be reserved unless Akiba expressly confirms a reservation.
Authenticity
Akiba uses its sourcing, identification, inspection and recordkeeping process to reduce authenticity risk. Unless a third-party authentication service is specifically identified on the listing, raw-card authenticity assessment remains Akiba's in-house opinion and should not be represented as third-party certification.
