Shipping & returns
Shipping from Japan
Orders ship from Japan using the service shown at checkout. Shipping charges, discounts, destination details and any available delivery estimate are shown before purchase. Tracking appears in the customer order record when available.
Exact-card condition
Raw cards are one-of-one physical items. The listing photos show the exact copy being sold, and any Akiba condition report is an in-house assessment intended to help document that copy. Please review the photos before purchasing.
Problems with an order
If an item arrives damaged, is materially different from the exact card shown, or you have an authenticity concern, contact Akiba promptly with the order number and photos. Keep the card, packaging and shipping materials while the issue is reviewed.
Returns and cancellations
Because exact-card inventory is unique, cancellations and buyer-remorse returns may be limited once fulfillment begins. Akiba will provide a remedy when required by law and will review claims involving shipping damage, material listing errors, or authenticity concerns individually. Final operational return windows and return-shipping responsibility must be kept consistent with the checkout disclosure.
Packing records
For orders where a packing video is recorded, it may be made available inside the authenticated order record. Packing video is supporting evidence, not a substitute for fair review of a legitimate claim.
